CRIME ALERT – 09 – 14 February 2010

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – On February 9, 2010 at 8:32 a.m. officers of the Manor Township Police Department investigated a three vehicle accident at 2204 Columbia Avenue.

 

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – On February 9, 2010 at 6:50 p.m. an officer with the Manor Township Police Department investigated a three vehicle accident on North Duke Street at Blue Rock Road.

 

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT - On February 9, 2010 at 6:34 p.m. an officer of the Manor Township Police Department investigated a two vehicle accident on Columbia Avenue at Hershey Mill Road.

 

FURNISHING & CONSUMING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES – On February 10, 2010 at 12:23 a.m., Officer Clay SMOKER, Officer Randy HERMAN and Officer Charles SNYDER of the Manor Township Police Department; responded to a loud party and possible underage drinking at 423 Old Blue Rock Road.  Upon investigation; Joseph Paul SWIFT, 18 yrs., 423-A Old Blue Rock Road, Lancaster, PA, Christina Marie SWIFT, 19 yrs, 423-A Old Blue Rock Road, Lancaster, PA, Chad Michael THOMAS, 18, 7 Campside Circle Drive, Conestoga, PA and Cody James FRUSETTA, 19 yrs, 1015 Hearthstone Drive, Lancaster, PA were cited for Underage Drinking and Tonya M. SWIFT, 44 yrs, 423-A Old Blue Rock Road, Lancaster, PA  was charged with Furnishing Alcoholic Beverages to Minors.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – On February 10, 2010 sometime between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. someone damaged the driver’s side and passenger’s side mirrors of a vehicle parked in the first block of Millersville Road.

 

THEFT – On February 12, 2010 at 9:06 a.m. Officer Justin KINARD of the Manor Township Police Department responded to the Hess Express located at 1704 Columbia Avenue regarding a theft.  A W/M with brown hair and with a height of 5’8” was driving a Burgundy/Gray P/U Truck with a plow and displaying PA Reg. # YKK-7664 pumped gasoline and left without paying.  Officer KINARD in continuing his investigation.

 

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – On February 12, 2010 at 7:12 a.m. an officer of the Manor Township Police Department investigated an accident on Charlestown Road at Central Manor Road involving two vehicles.

 

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – On February 12, 2010 at 2:31 p.m. an officer of the Manor Township Police Department investigated a one vehicle accident on Blue Rock Road at Old Blue Rock Road.

 

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT & DUI – On February 14, 2010 at 1:36 a.m. Officer Charles SNYDER of the Manor Township Police Department investigated a one vehicle accident at 549 Donerville Road.  As a result of his investigation, Officer SNYDER will charge Lynette P. GRASSIA, 26 yrs, 131 Oak Road, Conestoga, PA with DUI.

 

UNDERAGE DRINKING & DUI – On February 14, 2010 Officer Clay SMOKER of the Manor stopped a vehicle on Redwood Drive and Hawthorne Drive because of erratic driving.  After Officer SMOKER demonstrated and asked the driver to conduct field sobriety tests; he took Shonna E. FRY, 18 yrs, 2008 Manor Ridge Drive, Lancaster, PA into custody for DUI.

 

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – On February 14, 2010 at 12:32 p.m. an officer of the Manor Township Police Department investigated a two vehicle accident on Charlestown Road at Central Manor Road.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – On February 14, 2010 at 7:09 p.m. an officer of the Manor Township Police Department investigated a two vehicle accident at 328 Donerville Road.

CRIME ALERT – 01 – 08 February 2010

STOLEN VEHICLE – Between 31 January – 1 February 2010; someone stole a 1999 Acura Integra, white in color, bearing PA Registration # ENX-3899.  The car was locked and parked along the street in front of a residence in the 100 block of Townhouse Lane.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Between 29 – 31 January 2010; someone attempted to set fire to a lawn in the 100 block of Terrapin Court.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Sometime during the early morning hours of 1 February 2010; someone attempted to set a bush on fire in the 500 block of Pheasant Ridge Circle.

 

CRASH – On 2 February 2010 at 1:30 p.m. there was a traffic accident on Ursinus Avenue at Redwood Drive. 

 

CRASH – On 2 February 2010 at 9:42 p.m. there was a traffic accident on Prospect Road at Franklin Road.  There were three vehicles involved.

 

CRASH – On 2 February 2010 at 10:08 p.m. there was a traffic accident in the 400 block of Shultz Road.

 

CRASH – On 3 February 2010 at 5:18 a.m. there was a traffic accident in the 1400 block of Water Street.

 

CRASH – On 3 February 2010 at 8:08 a.m. there was a traffic accident on Donnerville Road at Charlestown Road.  A vehicle failed to negotiate a curve at that location.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – On 3 February 2010 at 2 a.m. someone attempted to set fire to a cardboard box at the intersection of Dovefield Drive and Pheasant Ridge Circle.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – On 3 February 2010 it was reported that during the past week, someone scratched the driver’s door and fender of a car in the 100 block of Townhouse Lane.  The investigation is continuing.

 

THEFT – Between 1 – 3 February 2010; someone stole one pickup load of wood from the 1400 block of Water Street.  A black Isuzu Rodeo was observed in the area.

 

CRASH – On 4 February 2010 at 6:49 a.m. there was a traffic accident on Millersville Road at Columbia Avenue.

 

CRASH – On 4 February 2010 at 7:30 p.m. there was a traffic accident on Columbia Avenue at Good Drive.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Between 4 – 5 February 2010; someone placed black paint on a vehicle in the 1000 block of Williamsburg Road.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Between 4 – 5 February 2010; someone applied gold paint on a mailbox and a garbage can in the 1000 block of Williamsburg Road.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Between 4 – 5 February 2010; someone applied gold paint on the front passenger’s window and door of a vehicle in the 1000 block of Williamsburg Road.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Between 4 – 5 February 2010; someone painted a black symbol on the sidewalk in the 1000 block of Williamsburg Road.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Between 4 – 5 February 2010; someone applied gold paint on the front passenger’s window of a vehicle and a mail box in the 1000 block of Williamsburg Road.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Between 4 – 5 February 2010; someone uprooted a mailbox and post from in front of a residence in the 1000 block of Tom Paine Drive.

 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Between 4 – 5 February 2010; someone painted a symbol of a parked car in the 1000 block of Williamsburg Road.  The owner of the car was able to wash the symbol off the car.

CRIME ALERT – 22 – 25 January 2010

ALERT:  At approximately 1:30 a.m. on Friday 22 January 2010, a male, race unknown, tall, thin build, wearing dark jeans or cargo pants and a dark hoodie; was observed prowling in the area of the 100 block of Hershey Mill Road.

ALERT:  At approximately 12:27 a.m. on Sunday 24 January 2010; Ofc. Almodovar cited James C. Wagner, w/m/27, 814 Blunston St., Apt., Columbia, PA for Public Drunkenness in the 200 block of Longwood Court West, Lancaster, PA.

ALERT:  Between 3:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on Sunday 24 January 2010; two unlocked vehicles were entered and gone through in the 300 block of Oak Ridge Drive.

ALERT:  At 2:01 a.m. on Monday 25 January 2010; Klarissa K. Musser, w/f/18, 1733 Manor Ridge Drive, Lancaster, PA was issued a citation for Harassment by Ofc. Matthew Wolf, because she slapped her boyfriend in the face.

ALERT:  Between 9:30 p.m. and midnight on Thursday 21 January 2010; an unlocked vehicle was entered in the 400 block of Redwood Drive.  A purse and prescription medicine was stolen.

ALERT:  Between 7:30 p.m. on Sunday 24 and 10 a.m. on Monday 25 January 2010; someone stole a Garmin Nuvi GPS from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Acorn Lane.

ALERT:  At 10:31 p.m. on Monday 25 January 2010; a resident in the 3600 block of Anchor Road, heard gun shots and then observed two vehicles and people running through a field.  Ofc. Gary Gardner stopped one of the vehicles.  This incident is under investigation.

ALERT:  Between 5 p.m. Friday 15 and 7:45 a.m. Saturday 16 January 2010, someone broke into Bower’s & Lobeck Kitchen Cabinets, 464 Donerville Rd.  Nothing was taken; however, some computer equipment was damaged.

ALERT:   Between 6 p.m. Friday 15 and 2:10 p.m. Saturday 16 January 2010, someone stole an 18” Stone Lion lawn ornament from the 2600 block of Valley Dr.

ALERT:   Between 11:30 p.m. Monday 18 and 4:15 p.m. Tuesday 19 January 2010, someone threw eggs on a house in the 800 Kreps Rd.

ALERT:   At 12:55 p.m. on Monday 04 January 2010, it was discovered that cash was missing from a residence in the 200 block of Bender Road.  There was no forcible entry to the residence.

ALERT:  On Monday 04 January 2010, $21,000.00 in stolen lawn tractors was recovered at Peace of Mind Storage, 2800 Charlestown Road.  The investigation is continuing.

ALERT:   At 3:57 a.m. on Tuesday 05 January 2010, a prowler was observed at Hershey Mill Apartments, 124 Hershey Mill Road.

ALERT:   At 7:15 p.m. on Friday 08 January 2010, a white male driving a dark colored Chevrolet, PA Registration FIX8637 (Uncertain), shoplifted shoes at Super Shoes, 2750 Columbia Avenue.

ALERT:   At 11:11 p.m. on Saturday 09 January 2010, someone damaged a mailbox in the 2300 block of Franklin Road.

ALERT:   At 10:04 p.m.  on Monday 11 January 2010, it was determined that someone stole $50,00 in cash that was in an envelope, in a mailbox, located in the 1700 block of Hemlock Road.

ALERT:   At 7:00 p.m. on Monday 18 January 2010, the first of a series of bi-monthly Manor Township Crime Watch meetings will be held at the Manor Township Municipal Building, 950 West Fairway Drive, Lancaster, PA.  Topics such as burglary prevention, personal self-defense, identity theft, computer crime, terrorism awareness plus many other topics will be presented.  This months meeting will involve the basics of being a good observer and how to report what you have observed to the police.  If you are interested in starting a Crime Watch group in your neighborhood; this is an excellent opportunity to learn what is involved.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me; Corporal Gary L. ALERT:  Between 2 p.m. on 31 December 2009 and 11 p.m. on Friday 1 January 2010, someone tried to gain access to a residence in the 500 block of Mitchell Way.

ALERT:  On Sunday 3 January 2010, at 4:48 a.m., a person was observed looking into a window at residence in the 100 block of Hershey Mill Road.  No description of the subject was available. 

ALERT:   On Sunday 3 January 2010, at 10:54 p.m., a white/male wearing blue jeans and a gray hoodie was observed looking in windows in the 300 block of Horseshoe Loop.

CRIME ALERT – 2 December 2009 – 5 December 2009

ALERT:   On Wednesday 2 December 2009 at 1:48 p.m., a w/m, 30-40 years old, 5’10”-6’ tall, 200 lb., wearing a camouflage base ball hat, a dark green coat and driving a newer model, white smaller sized pick-up truck with the ending numbers of the PA registration being 1905, 1909 or 190; stole white cased wire from a location in the 2600 block of Charlestown Road.

ALERT:   Between 1 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Wednesday 3 December 2009; someone stole an Acer Travel mate 2200 laptop computer from an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Whitetail Court.  

ALERT:   Beware of a scam where a person identifying themselves as representing Jackpot Ventures is calling people and advising them that they have won 1.5 million dollars.  Before they can collect their winnings, they must send money through Western Union.  Do not send them any money and report the incident to the police immediately.

ALERT:   The rear window of a parked vehicle was broken in the 100 block of Froelich Avenue between 2:30 p.m. and 3:14 p.m. on Wednesday 3 December 2009.

ALERT:   Between 2:10 and 2:17 a.m. on Saturday 5 December 2009, someone stole a pack of cigarettes from an unlocked parked vehicle in the 200 block of Huntington Drive.

ALERT:   On Saturday 5 December 2009 at 1:30 p.m., William P. AMICO, 19 years old, 77 Lincoln West Drive, Mountville, PA and a 16 year old were cited for trespassing in the 100 block of Fridy Street.

ALERT:   Between Friday 4 and Saturday 5 December 2009; someone stole a mailbox in the 1000 block of Williamsburg Road.

ALERT:   Between Friday 27 November and Wednesday 2 December 2009, someone stole jewelry from a residence in the 100 block of Wellington Road.  There is a suspect and the case is under investigation.

ALERT:   At 5:20 p.m. on Saturday 5 December 2009, someone damaged the windshield of a parked vehicle in the 100 block of Spring Meadow Lane.

ALERT:   On Monday 30 November 2009, someone placed a firecracker in a mailbox in the first      block of North Lemon Street in Mountville, PA at approximately 7:30 p.m.  There was no damage to the mailbox.

ALERT:   Between 9 p.m. on Tuesday 1 and 5:15 a.m. on Wednesday 2 December 2009 someone entered an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Longwood Court West, Lancaster, PA and stole a Dell laptop computer with a Mickey Mouse sticker on top of it.

ALERT:   Beginning 1 January 2010, the West Hempfield Twp. Police Department will be providing police service to Mountville Borough.  Therefore, WE will not be including Mountville Borough crime information in our Crime Alert, after 1 January 2010.  If you do not want to receive the Crime Alert because of this; please let me know and I will remove you from our list.  It has been my pleasure, serving the residents of Mountville Borough.

ALERT:    On Saturday 14 November 2009 at 1:16 a.m., Patrick J. Sauraan, 40 years of age, 115 College Ave., Mountville, PA was issued a citation for Public Drunkenness after he was observed sitting in the middle of the intersection of College Ave. and Clay St.

ALERT:   Between Sunday 6 and Saturday 14 November 2009, someone stole a 20” Mongoose BMX Bicycle, AXE Gray with orange stickers and BMX style wheels from a shed in the 1000 block of Tom Paine Dr., Lancaster, PA.

ALERT:   Between 10 p.m. on Saturday 14 and 0:45 a.m. on Sunday 15 November 2009, someone broke into the concession stand at Froelich Park, Mountville, PA and stole change, candy, and soda.

ALERT:   Between 11 p.m. on Friday 13 and 5 a.m. on Saturday 14 November 2009, someone entered an unlocked vehicle in the 1000 block of Monticello Lane, Lancaster, PA and stole change, a set of keys, and various credit cards.

ALERT:   Between 12 midnight and 5 a.m. on Monday 16 November 2009, someone entered an unlocked vehicle in the 2300 block of Chesley Dr., Lancaster, PA, and stole a Sirus radio.

ALERT:   On Saturday 31 October 2009, at 6:35 p.m. Carlos Rene MARRERO, 47 years of age, 327 North Newberry Street, York, PA was issued a citation for public drunkenness at the Field of Screams, 195 College Avenue, Mountville, PA.

ALERT:   Between 10:51 p.m. on Saturday 31 October 2009 and 9:30 a.m. on Sunday 1 November 2009, the left rear tire was stolen from a parked car in the 1600 block of Temple Avenue, Lancaster, PA.

ALERT:   On Monday 2 November 2009, someone entered a locked car which was parked in the 900 block of West Fairway Drive, Lancaster, PA.  Roller Derby gear was taken.  There is a suspect and that person has a key to the vehicle.

ALERT:   Between 9 p.m. on Monday 2 November 2009 and 7 a.m. on Tuesday 3 November 2009, a vehicle left the roadway in the 100 block of Creekgate Court, Millersville, PA and collided with garbage bags and a recycle bin.  The vehicle then left the scene.

ALERT:   Between 3 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. on Thursday 5 November 2009, someone attempted to enter an house in the 2200 block of Manor Ridge Drive, Lancaster, PA.  The intruder apparently was frightened away by a dog.

ALERT:   Between Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 November 2009, someone entered a vacant apartment in the 3000 block of Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA.  There is a suspect and the investigation is continuing.

ALERT:   On Saturday 24 October 2009 at approximately 3:30 a.m.; someone damaged a mailbox in the 200 block of Rockhill Road.

ALERT:    Between Tuesday 20 October 2009 and Saturday 24 October 2009; someone broke the lock and handle on the wooden storage sheds behind Fields B & C at Greider Park.

ALERT:    On Saturday 24 October 2009 at 1:34 a.m., Tyler C. Love, 22 yrs. of age, 326 Sentry Lane, Wayne, PA was cited for Public Drunkenness at 25 Cartledge Lane.

ALERT:    On Saturday 24 October 2009 at 12:49 a.m., Brooks A. Rothschild, 19 years old, 306 Dega Lane, Pasadena, MD was cited for Underage Drinking at 39 Cartledge Lane.

ALERT:    On Sunday 25 October 2009 at 12:06 a.m., Tara E. Knell, 20 years of age, 403 Pewter Court, Glassboro, NJ, Chelsey J. Crawford, 20 years old, 467 Hanover Street, Hanover, PA, Ashley J. Rich, 20 years old, 54 Ray Dwyer, Hamilton, NJ, Jessica L. Swier, 20 years old, 556 King Road, Limerick, PA, and Renee M. Gebhart, 20 years old, 37 Conewago Drive, Hanover, PA were cited for Underage Drinking across from 92 Cartledge Lane.  The driver of the vehicle, Jenna B. Wright, 20 years of age, 407 North George Street, Millersville, PA was arrested for DUI.

ALERT:    On Saturday 24 October 2009 at 11:16 p.m., Randol R. Thomas, 23 years of age, 1361 Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Randall L. Eggleton, 23 years of age, 6070 Chester Avenue, Philadelphia, PA was cited for Public Drunkenness at 28 Cartledge Lane.

ALERT:    On Sunday 25 October 2009 at 5:31 p.m., Brian J. Girouard, 41 years of age, 1741 Hemlock Road, Lancaster, PA was arrested for Reckless Endangering when he shot and killed a dog.  Joshua R. Rice, 33 years of age, 120 Albright Avenue, Lancaster, PA was arrested for Terroristic Threats.

ALERT:    On Sunday 25 October 2009 at 1:40 a.m., Damien M. Oswald, 18 years of age, 1026 Shadowstone Drive, Lancaster, PA was cited for Underage Drinking in the 800 block of Fairway Drive, Lancaster, PA.

ALERT:   Between 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Sunday 25 October 2009, someone stole a 32” Sylvania Flat Screen TV from a residence in the 3300 block of River Road.

ALERT:    On Saturday 24 October 2009 at 12:49 a.m., Megan S. Brouse, 21 years of age, 39 Cartledge Lane, was arrested for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor at 39 Cartledge Lane.

 

 

The Manor Township Police Department received a complaint on Tuesday concerning two hispanic males in a black car on West Main Street in

Mountville.  One of the men approached the elderly male resident and distracted him while the second man entered the house and stole money.  We received the following information concerning a fraudulent email that is being sent out.

ALERT:   There was a theft of one PA Emissions Sticker and one PA Inspection Sticker from Midas Muffler, 1810 Columbia Avenue between 2 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday 30 September 2009.  The business was open at the time of the theft.

ALERT:   There was a theft of a small wooden corner table from an apartment at Stone Mill Station, in the 300 block of Stone Mill Road, between 2 a.m. and 7:20 a.m. on Thursday 1 October 2009.

ALERT:   There was a Burglary/Theft committed at the office of Star Rock Farms, Chestnut Grove Road, between 3:07 a.m. and 3:11 am on Monday 5 October 2009.  A Pavilion laptop computer was stolen.  

ALERT:   Someone smashed a window at the Brethren In Christ Church, 530 Central Manor Road, at approximately 3:40 a.m. on Monday 5 October 2009.

ALERT:   A Jenson GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 3400 block of River Road between 11:45 p.m. and 9 a.m. on Sunday 4 October 2009.

ALERT:   A vehicle was ransacked in the 200 block of Redwood Drive between 8:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., Sunday 4 and Monday 5 October 2009.  Nothing was stolen.

ALERT:   A mailbox was struck by a vehicle in the 100 block of South Manor Street, Mountville, PA at approximately 11:41 p.m. on Thursday 8 October 2009.

ALERT:   Theft occurred in the 2600 block of Valley Drive between 8 p.m. on 25 September and 6 a.m. on 26 September 2009.  A cement Lion lawn ornament was stolen.

ALERT:   Theft from Vehicle occurred at Stonemill Station Apartments between 6 p.m. on 25 September and 3:15 a.m. on 26 September 2009.  Thirty galvanized metal buckets labeled with various kinds of beer were stolen.

ALERT:   Theft from vehicle occurred in the 200 block of Rockford Square between 28 and 29 September 2009.  A dark blue sweat shirt jacket was stolen.

ALERT: Theft from Vehicle at an unknown time on 15 September 2009, in the 1000 block of Keystone Drive.  The vehicle was unlocked.

ALERT: Attempted Theft from Vehicle at an unknown time on 15 September 2009, on Elm Court.  Nothing was taken.

 

ALERT: Criminal Mischief at an unknown time on 15 September 2009, in the 100 block of Spring Hill Lane.  Someone threw a paint eroding substance on a parked vehicle.

 

ALERT: Theft between 12 midnight and 7 a.m. on 17 September 2009 in the 500 block of Habecker Church Road.  Two bicycles were stolen.

 

ALERT: Attempted theft from Vehicle at an unknown time on 17 September 2009, in the 1000 block of Keystone Court.  Nothing was taken and the vehicle was unlocked.

 

ALERT: Theft from Vehicle between 10 p.m. on 17 September 2009 and 6 a.m. on 18 September 2009, in the 1000 block of Monticello Lane.  The vehicle was unlocked.

 

ALERT: Daniel Brown, 26 years of age, 117 College Avenue, Mountville, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct on 18 September 2009, shortly after midnight.  He was intoxicated and tried to break a window using a sling shot at the old Elementary School.  An investigation is continuing regarding similar acts of vandalism at the school.

 

ALERT: Theft at 11 p.m. on 19 September 2009, at the Field of Screams.  A back pack was stolen while its owner was in the restroom.  The back pack was found in the parking lot minus a cellular phone and a camera.

 

ALERT: Theft between August 2009 and 21 September 2009 on Russet Lane.  Two Miracle Ear hearing aids were stolen.

 

ALERT: Theft between 5 p.m. on 19 September 2009 and 4 p.m. on 21 September 2009 on Charlestown Road.  A bicycle was stolen.

 

ALERT: Robbery at 7:45 p.m. on 21 September 2009, at the Charlestown Park, 2670 Charlestown Road.  A 17 year old male was punched in the face and hit in the leg with a baseball bat.  A cellular phone, cigarettes, money and an MP3 player were stolen.  The robbers were described as two Hispanic males, 5’10” tall, 180 pounds and approximately 20 years old.

 

ALERT: Criminal Mischief between midnight and 5 a.m. on 21 September 2009, in the 100 block of Stonewyck Road.  A vehicle was spray painted.

ALERT: On 17 August 2009, it was reported that someone broke the glass in one of the doors at the Mountville Community Center, 200 College Avenue.

ALERT: Sometime between 1:30 and 2 a.m. on 18 August 2009, someone threw eggs on a house on South Pearl Street in Mountville.

ALERT: Sometime between 8 p.m. on 18 August 2009 and 8 a.m. on 19 August 2009, someone entered an unlocked car in the 3100 block of Norcross Drive and stole a satellite radio receiver.

ALERT: At approximately 1 a.m. on 20 August 2009, someone broke the screen of a window in the 200 block of Walnut Hill Road.

ALERT: Sometime between 19 and 20 August 2009, someone entered a vehicle on Ramsgate Lane and stole a brown coach purse, various credit cards and ID's a Garmin GPS and U.S. currency.

ALERT: On 21 August 2009, someone threw eggs on the side of a garage on South Pearl Street in Mountville.

ALERT: On 21 August 2009, someone stole 4 wooden stakes from a yard in the 200 block of East New Street in Mountville.

ALERT: Sometime between 21 and 22 August 2009, someone entered an unlocked vehicle that was parked to the rear of a residence on College Avenue in Mountville. An ash tray filled with approximately $20.00 in change was stolen.

ALERT: Sometime between 23 and 24 August 2009, someone stole the hood from a Honda Civic and a Garmin GPS from the 100 block of Harvard Avenue.

ALERT: Between 19 and 24 August 2009, a red Haro bicycle was stolen from the 2500 block of Valley Drive. Arrests are pending.

ALERT: Between 19 and 24 August 2009, a blue Haro bicycle was stolen from the 1000 block of Tom Paine Drive. Arrests are pending.

ALERT: Between 2:30 and 7 p.m. on 24 August 2009, someone stole a Sony car stereo from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Wheaton Drive.

ALERT: At 10:11 p.m. on 24 August 2009, Ronald Earl Fantazier was apprehended by Sgt. Gundel after he stole potted plants and flowers from the Country Barn Farm Market, 211 Donerville Road.

ALERT: During an unknown period of time, a Lenox Coal/Wood Furnace was stolen from a vacant residence on Pittsburg Valley Road.

ALERT: Between 1 and 5 p.m. on 25 August 2009, someone stole a black purse containing U.S. currency and a credit card at the Mountville Pool, in the 300 block of West Main Street in Mountville.

ALERT: Between 7:30 p.m. and midnight on 21 August 2009, someone stole approximately $10.00 in U.S. currency from a fruit/vegetable stand in the 3100 block of Blue Rock Road.

On Tuesday 8 September 2009 at 7 p.m., a representative of the Lancaster County Office of Victim/Witness will give a presentation at the Mountville Neighborhood Crime Watch. This meeting will be held at the Mountville Borough Hall, 21 East Main Street, Mountville, PA.

ALERT:Between 10-11 August 2009, a 1994 Honda Civic was stolen from Stone Mill Station Apartments.

ALERT:On 13 August 2009, a parked car was scratched in the 1700 block of Temple Avenue.

ALERT:On 16 August 2009, it was reported that a 2004 Pocket Rocket motorcycle was stolen from a residence on Donerville Road.

ALERT:During the early morning hours of 17 August 2009, a house was egged in the 100 block of Froelich Avenue.

 ALERT: There were items stolen from three apartments at the Stone Mill Station Apartments. There are suspects and the incidents are under investigation.


ALERT:
There was cash stolen from a residence in the 400 block of West Main Street in Mountville. There are suspects and the incident is under investigation.


ALERT:
A truck was spray painted in the 100 block of Kent Road, while it was parked in the driveway.


ALERT:
A resident saw a subject attempt to enter his house in the 300 block of Hawthorne Drive, however, did not report it until three days later.


ALERT:
A laptop was stolen from an unlocked car at Stone Mill Station Apartments.


ALERT:
Prescription drugs, clothing and credit cards were stolen from an unlocked car at Spring Manor Apartments.


ALERT:
There was a rape in the 2300 block of Columbia Avenue. There are suspects and this crime is under investigation.


ALERT:
Money was reported missing from a residence on Penn Street in Washington Boro. There is a suspect and the crime is under investigation.


ALERT:
There was a robbery in the 100 block of Eagle Path. A 23 year old female was slashed with a knife.


ALERT:
Prescription pills were stolen from a residence in the 200 block of Banyan Circle Drive. There is a suspect.


ALERT:
A GPS, Turkey Hill Gift Cards, a men's stainless steel bracelet and two MP3 Players were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Bent Tree Drive.


ALERT:
A laptop and a briefcase were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of Landmark Circle.
